Yes. DisplayLink USB graphics drivers support Windows 11 on ARM systems. Synaptics release notes for the 11.3 branch and newer list Windows 10 and 11 on ARM64 as supported operating systems. The 11.5 branch is where ARM64 support became part of the standard EXE installer package (with the exception of the MSI installer)

This applies to Plugable products that use DisplayLink technology on Windows 11 ARM devices, such as systems with Snapdragon X Plus or Snapdragon X Elite. Some product examples include UD-6950PDZ, UD-6950PDH, UD-3900, UD-3900C, USBC-6950U, UD-7400PD, and USB-6950M.

Driver Version Support Timeline

  • Before 11.3 – ARM64 driver support existed, but only via Windows Update or corporate INF packages (not included in the public EXE installer).
  • 11.3 M0 – Release notes explicitly list Windows 10 and 11 on ARM64 as supported.
  • 11.4 branch – Continued ARM64 support listed in release notes.
  • 11.5 branch – ARM64 support officially included in the standard EXE installer package (MSI package still excludes ARM64).
  • 11.7 and newer – ARM64 continues to be listed as a supported OS, with updates and bug fixes provided in line with x64 (MSI package still excludes ARM64.
