No. Plugable USB video adapters and docking stations that use DisplayLink technology do not support HDCP-protected video playback through DisplayLink-connected displays.

Workaround and Alternative Options
Connect the display directly to a native video output on the computer, such as HDMI, DisplayPort, or a USB-C port that supports Alt Mode or Thunderbolt. Do not route the display connection through a DisplayLink video output.
On macOS, protected content may remain unavailable on all screens while a DisplayLink-connected display is active. Disconnect all displays using DisplayLink before attempting playback.
If protected-content playback is an important requirement, consider a docking station that uses a native USB-C Alt Mode or Thunderbolt video connection. Display support depends on the computer's capabilities.
Non-protected video files and ordinary desktop applications should continue to work on DisplayLink-connected displays.
