USB 3.0 “Super Speed” transfers are very sensitive to attenuation and interference, and these problems can become more pronounced in situations where longer cables are used. For best results we suggest using the included 1.5 meter (4.92 ft) cables. However, high quality cables up to 2 meters (6.6 ft) can work well. Plugable does not recommend using cables longer than 2 meters (6.6 ft).
