Yes. The UD-3900C4 is compatible with most computers equipped with Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 ports.
How Does the UD-3900C4 Work With Thunderbolt Hosts?
When connected to a Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 computer, the UD-3900C4 operates as a USB-C docking station using the USB and DisplayPort capabilities provided by the Thunderbolt port.
HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 use DisplayLink technology and require DisplayLink software. HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 use the host computer's native DisplayPort video output through Alt Mode and Multi-Stream Transport (MST).

Are There Any Limitations on macOS?
Yes. macOS does not support DisplayPort MST for multiple independent extended displays.
As a result, HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 cannot operate as two separate extended displays on a Mac and will mirror each other. The UD-3900C4 can therefore support up to three unique extended displays on macOS: two through DisplayLink on HDMI 1 and HDMI 2, and one native display across HDMI 3 and HDMI 4.
