The UD-3900C4 officially supports up to 1920x1080 at 60Hz on each of its four HDMI outputs.

Can HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 Support Higher Resolutions?

In some configurations, HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 may support resolutions higher than 1920x1080, depending on the host computer's DisplayPort capabilities.

However, Plugable officially supports resolutions up to 1920x1080 at 60Hz when using these outputs through the UD-3900C4.

HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 use the host computer's native DisplayPort video output through  Alt Mode and Multi-Stream Transport (MST), so their behaviour can also depend on the capabilities of the connected computer.
